The Globo TV series became a huge success in the Latin communities throughout the U.S. after the Hispanic network Telemundo started broadcasting its Spanish version. Syrian musicians and the Brazilian ensemble Sagrado Coração da Terra, aka Sagrado, joined violinist and composer Marcus Viana's Transfonica Orkestra in this Arabian-flavored album released in 2001 as Maktub, including the single hits "A Miragen" and "Sob o Sol."
