KOLORS

Flamingosis (Aaron Velasquez) is a hip-hop producer and vocal percussionist from Morristown, New Jersey. He currently attends Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. "Kolors" is a perfectly-executed jazz-hop record. Velasquez displays his fantastic ear for sampling and creates a landscape of boom-bap tunes that flow flawlessly from one to the next. This is the first release Velasquez has done with K//C and it will not be the last. He currently associates with our good friends at Grappa Frisbee Records. Don't sleep on this one. Flamingosis's influences: J Dilla, Mndsgn, Knx, and other progressive musicians.
