It's a very small kingdom but it's still here 20 years later. Twenty years after their debut, Santara's 11th album they continue to evolve while maintaining their love of Americana and cinematic lyrics. The title song "Yoake no Kingdom" was inspired by the works of director Wes Anderson. "Mayonaka wo Oikosite" sings the passionate feelings of the mild-mannered Yankees who live in local cities, "Portfolio" is a series about their love for Kyoto, the birthplace of Santara. Santara style Americana requiem "In The Morning", etc. The nine songs are carefully selected from those written in the eight years since their previous album, and are colored by Santara's unique Americana flavor.
