Hopelessness

Hopelessness is the debut 6-track EP of Australian producer Waveless. Incorporating heavy sample manipulation and warm inviting synth lines, the EP aims to evoke a sense of emotional fatigue. “Hopelessness to me is a personal suicidal fantasy. It’s nothing more than an auditory representation of what to me is a ‘perfect, romanticised death’. For you it may mean something entirely different, but that’s the beauty in all music. That feeling of hopelessness is something most of us share at least once in our lives and it’s a powerful moment; a moment in which we decide whether it’s worth continuing or quitting.
