Crossroads Ahead

Rosheen is celebrating their 20th anniversary by releasing a new album. "Crossroads Ahead" is a landscape of story telling songs, traditional and original, foot stomping instrumentals wrapped in typical Rosheen style arrangements. Thirteen pieces each as beautiful as the other, not a dull moment to be heard! Lynn Vallières, Grégoire Painchaud and Michel Hénault all bestowed their talent in providing wonderful texts and music. Barry Nameth, François Matte and Daniel Marcoux bring their own color to the mix. J-P Cormier contributed to "Hit the Road" on mandolin, Aurian Haller lent his voice to "Day After Day", Dominique Painchaud, canadian cellist played on " Fields of Gold" and Fiachra O'Regan, Ireland born, Uilleann Pipes on Mavourneen. It was a long and winding road but we got there, the Crossroads Ahead present us with many options, all of them pointing to new challenges and opportunities always leading back to you our beloved audience without which there is no us.
