Duality

MFR’s second release has come from the very talented J Beatz a London based Dj/Producer who planted his seed in the London born Grime scene since 2010. He has worked with several artists in the scene and proud to have Big H, Devlin, Kano & Big Narstie in his credits to name a few. He has also had great support from massive Dj’s such as Dj EZ (Kiss), Dj Target (BBC R1 & 1Xtra) & Logan Sama (Kiss) the list goes on…. The single consists of 2 original tracks from North London's fast rising producer. Duality has allowed J Beatz to experiment in bass heavy house with a mixture of warping bass and arpeggiated synths. On the flip side Lay Down, with influences from the classic Todd Edwards sound and the 90’s Hip Hop/R&B era. This track has a unique sound that will help it stand out in the congested club scene. Included is a remix of Duality by Retrosynths and a remix of Lay Down by Spekktrum, both whom are signed to MFR. Expect to hear these tunes on a dance floor near you.
