Devils Angel

After being in the soundbiz for several years , playing clashes and juggling dances it was about time for Supersonic to expand their activities. Since the days of Duke Reid or Sir Coxsone its a natural thing that when you have a sound your interest grows to produce your own music. Supersonics first production is a riddim selection called DEVILS ANGEL. Named after the first tune voiced on the riddim by Supersonics good friend Taffari. The riddim was created during a rehearsal with Berlins upcoming Band Feueralarm. Taffari did get the riddim played back in Jamaica and used it for his Debut Album ADDICTED TO MUSIC. But as Supersonic liked the Feueralarm version so much they decided to use this riddim for their debut as producers. Over a period of almost 3 years artists from every corner of the world where Supersonic toured got a chance to voice on that riddim.The result is a selection of 23 tunes featuring artists from Switzerland, France, Italy , Canada, Sweden , Holland , Bermuda, Kenia , Trinidad and of course Jamaica. Even though you may never have heard of some of these artists every one of them is worth checking out.
