Move On Up featuring Cherie Mathieson

The classic MdCL 12" originally released on Bugz in the Attic's label Bitasweet now reissued on digital 12" for the first time complete with Opaque remix by Seiji, Bugz dub and the never released Bugz vocal mix. Cherie Mathieson had already featured with MdCL on his album Six Degrees, particularly on the cut Day By Day which went on to be included on the 800,000 selling Cafe Del Mar vol.8. For this outing, MdCL and Cherie created a twisted tribute to Curtis Mayfield covering his classic anthem Move On Up. The original mix features left-field breaks and synths, Seiji's Opaque remix is the definitive dancefloor classic and the two Bugz mixes bring a live house groove to the proceedings.
