Totally Wired - The Best of Acid Jazz
The Acid Jazz record label opened its doors in 1987, named after the acid house movement. At the time it was initially little more than a back-bedroom operation formed by East Londoners Eddie Piller and Gilles Peterson. Over the years they have collected an eclectic roster of artists covering such styles as jazz, reggae, funk and soul from the likes of The Brand New Heavies, Mother Earth, Galliano and The James Taylor Quartet.
