Mind Strategy

For the 26th release on Wolf Trap we’re again graced by the talent of Belgian producer Sierra Sam (CYRK, R&S) with a truly stunning remix by Ma Spaventi. “Mind Strategy” with it’s atmospheric vibes and deep analogue basses reminds us of the sounds of Detroit and Berlin and is sure to be a dancefloor stomper. “Iteritas” with its mystery evoking melody and intricate synth programming is a journey through space and time, while Ma Spaventi delivers a true analogue workout in his remix of the same track. Finally “Theta” wraps up the EP with its heavy Electro beats and bouncy synthlines. Sierra Sam who has been active in the electronic scene for over 15 years started out as an event promoter and eventually moved onto production landing releases on labels such as R&S, Rotation, Pur Plastic, Müller and more. His sound is easily recognized and as one half of live performance duo CYRK, Sam is staying very busy. Ma Spaventi is an italian producer and mastering engineer with releases on Delsin, MOS, Field, Dekmantel and more as well as an avid collector of analogue gear.
