Cheeky Tracks Hard EP17: Rookie EP

Cumbrian producer Allan Rooke's name has surfaced occasionally on the hard house scene as a remixer and also through collaborations with Robbie Muir, Lee Mills and Tom Hayward. Now he shows he can hold his own as an artist and producer in his own right, with 2 self-engineered tracks for his own Hard EP. "Pushin" is a driving vocal banger which balances trademark Cheeky elements with big synths and an almost Tony De Vit-style hoover riff. "Powa" pumps up the grit factor for a more Vicious Circle style vibe, but with a strong enough groove to keep all hard house heads on their feet.
