Not the first time Dr Phunk & Bassjackers have worked together, initially pairing up for two tracks in ‘The Oldskool’ and ‘Primal’ on the 2019 debut album from the Bassjackers called ‘The Biggest’. Picking up much praise from fans and tastemakers alike, ‘The Biggest’ went on to be a successful LP release for the Dutch duo. It also draws much praise for the two dancefloor anthems the duo created with Dr Phunk. So, the official release of ‘Born To Run’ will be one that fans of both camps will be excited to hear. Featuring a stunning female topline which succulently smothers the tracks musical section which starts with a gentle, almost poetic approach before shifting into a stuttered vocal and big rave horns then an iconic hardstyle kick comes in and presides over the tracks meaty delivery.
