Take a man from Scotland. Put him in a house in Wales with two men from England. Challenge him to make a record in only six hours with the added constraint that he had to include 15 samples that you give him in the ten minutes before the clock starts. The result... Beans. And when we say this record was made in six hours we mean everything you hear was made in that time frame and no further production was done outside of that period.
