Saturn Returns

After 3 yrs of preparation LaRue is set to release his sophomore album "Saturn Returns" on August 20th 2010. This album includes production from Rising Son, Marcus D, features Yirim Seck, P. Washington, Silent Lambs and more. Photography & Album art work by Terry Creighton. The title "Saturn Returns" comes from the Theory of the Return Of Saturn. Basically astrologist discovered that when we are born the Planet Saturn is th...ere at Age 0. In approximately 29.5 years the planet "Saturn Returns" and in the process a person crosses over a major threshold and into the next stage of life. With the first Saturn Return between the age of 28 and 32, a person leaves youth behind and enters adulthood. With the second Return, maturity. And the third and usually final Return, a person enters wise old age. The first Saturn Return is famous because it represents the first test of character and the structures a person has built their life upon. According to traditions, should these structures be unsound, or if a person is living out of touch with his or her true values, the Saturn Return will be a time of upheaval and limitations as Saturn forces him or her to jettison old concepts and worn out patterns of living. It is not uncommon for relationships and jobs to end during this time of life restructuring and reevaluation. I choose this concept because it is exactly what i've experienced for the last yr or so in my personal life. The songs represent the multiple emotions i've experienced during my cycle of growth. I am still learning about this encounter and encourage you to research this as well. I'm not superstitious but i'm very fascinated by how common this experience is among people around this age. Most people agree that between the age of 28 & 30 something drastic changed about their life for the better or worse. And they felt the effects of "Saturns Return".
