Why Me?
Amy Hines and Donna Hughes share their love of music and their passion for animal rights. When these two joined forces on a mission to educate the world about the correlations between animal abuse and crimes against humanity, their latest hit "Why Me?" was created. Donna's past hits on the Bluegrass charts include :"Dog on a 10 Foot Chain" and "My Poor Old Heart" while Amy's last song, "Do Goodin' Son of a....." about a philanthropic dog, Ecco D'Oro, was written to promote fundraising for a children's hospital. Donna's music has been recorded by artists from around the world who are no strangers to the Grammy's. Amy's latest project was a collaboration with Metropolitan Opera Diva, Janet E. Hopkins, which resulted in a co-written children's libretto titled, "Ecco Goes to the Opera". Their musical backgrounds and talents are diverse but one thing is for certain; when they come together with the goal of helping a dog in mind, the outcome is an explosive success!
