Life Is Grand!

"Life Is Grand !" is Promis' fourth album. This time the Chilean-born singer, who resides between Los Angeles and Paris, teamed up with acclaimed Turkish-born producer, arranger and songwriter Ayhan Sahin. Together they created fourteen truly international songs, mixing European, old world, Mediterranean, American, Middle Eastern and Turkish influences, and recruiting a variety of international artists. Promis got his start in the L.A. cabaret scene of the early 2000s, and through Myspace, CDBaby and so forth has created a musical career for himself, with most of his success being in Europe. His previous albums include Promis (2005), a cabaret record, Promis 2 (2007), a world/baroque/gothic album, and 2008's Promis III, an electronic record.
