Complete Buffoonery
After the demise of the Family Jewels, keyboardist/lyricist Miller needed a creative outlet. "I'd hum melodies into my answering machine, and jot down lyrics on scraps of paper, but then realize I didn't have a band anymore" says Miller. So he began to write songs. Armed with a pile of vintage keyboards, and a 4-track cassette recorder, Miller spent a year in his basement creating the misfit masterpiece that is Complete Buffoonery. What is the perfect pick-up line? What do you do when a significant other loses a limb? Where do you put that "other" arm while spooning? What is a Flenser? All these questions and more are answered here in this whimsical wonderland of the inane. Welcome to the Buffoon-a-thon.
