Dialekt the Red Eye Bastard: Born Chad Game, this bilingual French Canadian lyricist has maintained an infamous reputation in Montreal since the early 2000’s. Known for his uncanny charisma and vast dexterity with words combined with haymaker punchlines and astute observations. Dialekt’s skills have proven to be quite sharp from street corner ciphers to live battles and performances on stages across Canada. With a catalog boasting over 200 songs, several street videos in Web circulation, honorable mentions in several publications (Night Life, Le Droit, HOUR) and hundreds of live performances under his belt, this seasoned veteran earned his stripes with a ‘show & prove’ attitude. In his early years, Dialekt won over a dozen battle titles and was nominated for “artist of the year” at the Ottawa Hip Hop Music Awards (OHHMA) in 2004. He has collaborated on tracks with legends such as Smif-N-Wessun (BK, NY), Shyheim (SI, NY), Craig G (QB, NY), Termanology (Bst, MA), Supreme (BK, NY), Pace Won of “Da Outsidaz” (Newark, NJ), Tash of “Tha Alkaholiks” (LA, CA), DJ Doo Wop (BX, NY), Planet Asia (Fresno, CA), Emilio Rojas (BX, NY) and DV Alias Khrist (BK, NY); in addition to Canadian heavyweights Bishop “TGM” Brigante, Aristo, Gundei, Addictiv, D-Shade of “Shades of Culture”, Manchilde, Rainmen, Sans Pression, Dynamic and his protegé Paranoize. Dialekt has also warmed up the stage for the likes of Nelly (Summer Rush ’08), Elephant Man, Pete Rock,A.G. & Party Arty, Masta Ace, Punchline and Boot Camp Clik to name a few. This Ape Mob/ Dim Life member has been blessed with hard knocking beats from a long list of topnotch producers, among the most notable: DJ Manifest, Ruffsound, Veterano (CALI), Tech Twelve, Dirtwork, Soke, DJ Illo, Cripla and Bad News Brown. Now CEO of his own record label Red Eye Radio, Dialekt, has sacrificed it all for his beliefs and his art; while most importantly remaining true to who he is.
