Pi

Pandora are a Hong Kong based independent band, officially formed in October 2010. All five members have the same core beliefs - "Hopes and Dreams". This corresponds with the origin of the band's name, "Pandora", daughter of Zeus from Greek mythology - "Pandora's Box". The 5-piece band do not wish to confine themselves in a particular music genre, but instead seek inspirations from all kinds of good music from around the World. As of now, most of the heart-pounding high tempo rock songs from the band are integrated with elements of electronic music, and live performed with genuine passion and energy to drive and influence the audience, in order to allow them to feel as though they were literally part of the band. Simultaneously, the band also composes songs that are more emotional and sentimental, to really touch, move, relate to, and express the listeners' true emotions vicariously, as if they were entering a completely different realm of reality. Due to the fact that three members of Pandora are mostly studying in the UK throughout the year, all five band members therefore treasure every single performing opportunities and give their all together as a team every single time. Pandora has also won multiple major band competitions, individual awards and been crowned champions. In 23rd August 2013, Pandora have decided to release their debut album - "π" (Pi), which represents the circle of life. The album features 9 tracks, and is divided into different sections, representing different stages of one's life. There are 3 Cantonese, 2 Mandarin and 1 English songs in this album, as well as 3 instrumentals that act as a build-up to the subsequent song.
