Open Your Ears to Love
Bettine Clemen enjoys an active international career as a soloist, recording artist and orchestral performer. Her concerts and shows featuring seven different flutes, bring together the varied aspects of her career as she presents popular music, light jazz and original compositions mingled with the classics and her unique brand of humor. Her innovative solo performances have taken her around the world many times with invitations to play at such prestigious venues as the Royal Albert and Festival halls in London, Lincon Center in New York, and concerts in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Among her six successful CD's are "An Angel's Noel" with guitarist Richard Patterson, which was nominated best Christmas album in 1991, and "Forever", with members of the St. Paul chamber orchestra, both on the Sugo Label. Her Album "Love Songs to a Planet" recorded with Celtic Harpist Kim Roberson, is on the Invincible label and was inspired by the Amazon rainforest. Audiences worldwide have cherished the uplifting and healing aspects of Bettine's varied music. My warmest thanks go to all the wonderful composers and musicians who contributed to this recording!
