A Piano Interlude
After dreaming about it for 30 years Dave and his wife Mary set out in their 41 foot wooden yawl "Red Wing" to sail the South Pacific in 1998. After visiting most of the islands and spending a good deal of time both in New Zealand and Australia they returned home and have settled in Bellingham Washington where Dave continues to pursue his career as a piano technician and working musician, playing string bass and valve trombone in several jazz groups as well as playing classical piano for and with his friends.
