Broke With Expensive Taste
“Broke with Expensive Taste” is the upcoming debut studio album by American rapper Azealia Banks. It’s scheduled to be released on digital retailers on November 7, 2014 via Azealia Banks Records, Prospect Park and Capitol. The album was originally slated for release in September 2012, but was subject to numerous delays. She released the album’s lead single “Yung Rapunxel“ on April 16, 2013 and the Pharrell Williams-assisted second single, “ATM Jam“, on September 29th same year. The album also features the rapper’s breakout hit “212“. Banks unveiled the official tracklist on September 10, and later it was modified on November 11. The third promotional single taken from the album is the song “Heavy Metal and Reflective“, released on July 28, 2014. Anothe track of the album called “Wallace“ is planned to be released as a future single from the album. Banks confirmed on Twitter that the album was delayed again and it’s now planned to be released in January 2015. The fourth and ‘proper’ lead single from the album is confirmed the house-infused anthem “Chasing Time“, released on September 22, 2014. Azealia revamped her social network in with black background and musical scores on November 5th. The official artwork and tracklist were revealed on Spotify playlist the same day, and removed from the site right after.
