In 1979 Joe Quijano recorded Tito Puente and his Orchestra live for the TV program The Tito Puente Roast. It was during this recording that Tito and his orquesta recorded this live track. The solo on the vibes is classic Puente! Tito and his orquesta were on top form and this live recording was made in front of an all star audience. The show was filmed at MTI Studios in New York City, and it's historical importance cannot be underestimated. Many personalities attended and participated in this grand event but it was Tito and his band who excelled with this classic track.
