Through his wife and daughter's invitation to go with them to church, he met and accepted his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For the majority of his life Salah walked around in darkness, but now the light of Christ has brightened his life. A faithful member at the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church (where Bishop Eddie L. Long serves as Senior Pastor) Salah's fervor and drive to share the joy of serving the Lord with the world keeps him an active member of the praise and worship team, men's choir, and drama ministry.
