Yung Redd (born in 1984) started off as a part of the Suckafree Records as a member of the group H.S.E. (Hustlaz Stackin' Endz) when he was still a teenager. H$E was made up of Yung Redd, Lil' Flip and A.P, A.P. was the first member to leave, A.P. was replaceed by Lil Ron. Soon Flip signed a solo deal with Sony Records, this ensuing a mintery fued with label & co-ceo Duane Humpty Hump Hobbs, ending his tenure with the label. This left only Yung Redd and Lil' Ron as the only HSE members.In late 2005, he recorded Tha Paper Route, a collaboration with Lil Ron and an album that some considered to be an instant classic [citation needed]. When his contract with Suckafree ended, he wasn't interested in re- signing, wanting a fresh. in 2006, he signed with Michael 5000 Watts' Swishahouse label and has since been hard at work doing guest work and working on his album Dead Presidents, which is due to be released in 2007, and was featured in Paul Wall's latest album, Get Money, Stay True.
