Finger Dancing
I saw it- they called it \"Riverdance\"- a stage filled with incredible dancers. My, what an outstanding exhibition of toe-tapping syncopation and choreography. It\'s artistry was truly inspiring. It got me to thinking back across the years to all the instrumentals I had written, and how my fingers seemed to dance across the strings. I thought, \"Hey multiple dancers! Why wouldn\'t it work with multiple guitars?\" So I picked out some of my favorite songs; and started to work rearranging, rewriting, and working out new fingerings. Then I sat down with my two guitar players, Bobby Lovett and Mark Thornton, and showed them everything I wanted. They worked like Trojans until they got all the fingerings perfect. We each laid down several tracks on several different guitars. Boy, did we do some finger dancing!!!! Enjoy ! Jerry Reed
