Brainbug EP

Mexico's Tenampa returns with yet more underground goodness for you, and recent support from Stepahn Bodzin, Butch, Richie Hawtin, Wehbba, M.A.N.D.Y., Mosca, Nic Fanciulli, Christian Smith, Pig & Dan, Dave Seaman, Richy Ahmed and Hernan Cattaneo, we can see why this fine label is doing the business. This time its Thorsten Graeber who graces us with Brainbug, a chunky techie, solid groove with plenty of attitude. Cool samples, cuts and fx help this glide along until the preacher speech adds to the mix. Tasty! On remix duties its Daniel Steinberg who sprinkles some summery warmth on the track, completely changing the vibe to an uplifting techster with disco licks. A very solid remix indeed. Third and final track here is Dowop, and its another deep techie number, with plenty of cool percussion and loops to help the groove along amongst the hallmark stuttery hits, samples and cool drops. Another winner!
