Hard to believe, but UnewsualT started this project 9 months ago. The duo were looking for a different energy, a perfect combination of acoustic & house music that would led to something groovy & of course, « goosebumping ». As a result, they teamed up with Ryan Stevenson, a former drummer & multi-instrument player that brought his vocals and guitar skills to create this masterpiece. Sing along with us and let the music speak for itself. Sometimes, you gotta wear your name, even when it doesn't really exists. That’s UnewsualT’s case as their inspirations as musicians have often been untypical. Since their very own beggining, these two 22 years old newcomers have always been inspired by different styles, finding their roots in any quality music. Being Unewsual refers to everything Seb and Vinc forever believed in : standing out. For this Montreal native duo, it’s all about the #music, as everything floating around being the cherry on top. Whether it’s at a festival (EWF ; Psychotik) or at the corner club (Circus, Le Saint, Le Belmont, Telus Theatre, Krystal Supperclub, Le Cinq, Muzique), UT’s energy gets through every crowd and reaches everyone’s attention. Known for mixing tracks after tracks, their capacity to release any type of music and their hip-hop, top 40, edm & old school mashups : there’s nothing you can’t expect, making it all worth it. And if they ever had the chance to describe their music, they’d let someone else do it at their place, depending on the people standing in front of them.
