Swooping in with another tightly packed robust release. A quintette of tunes coerced by one of our favorite German masterminds, Philipp Maier, whom is more commonly known as Santé. There are a sparse amount of DJs who can say they've not had a Santé record spinning on their decks in the last handful of years. The mood of the Berlin-based maestro's collection of works is palpable, influencing thusly in his two originals, "Raton" and "Five Boroughs". Moody environmental pads and feverish top rhythms accompanied by a massive unforgiving low end without an ounce of slack, Mr. Maier intends to deliver no less. Its no wonder he sought after by the most prestigious of imprints from the world over incl: Rekids, Liebe Detail, Be Chosen, Bouq, Rockets & Ponies, Get Physical Music, Cocoon Recordings and more. Beautifully complementing Santé's steam rolling originals is a mix done by a producer who needs no introduction, Italian thoroughbred, Fabio Giannelli, who has put out consistent quality tunes as far back as 2006 delving in techno and around to tech house all under one moniker, impressing the DJ elite across the EDM universe. Fabio's discography streches across all realms of dance music from the techno label behemoth, Italo Business getting plays from Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola and Martin Landsky all the way to funky imprints like Off, Bass Culture and Hypercolour with major support from the likes of Mathias Kaden, Danny Tenaglia, Dan Ghenacia, Marco Resmann and many others. Fabio's sound is as unique as it is versatile, particularly arranging modulated strings, with seamlessly changing tribal patterns, and phat heavy set baselines, always sculpting his sounds into the smooth Fabio motif we know and love. And last but not least, coming in to grace us with an authoritative duo of mixes, is a DJ/Producer who's stopped at nothing to deliver a consistent flow of dance floor artillery, that has blown the roofs off the biggest of venues by the biggest of DJs in the biz. Leon (Italy) has been reigning over the house music circuit for quite some time with a loaded calendar of gigs in the most legendary clubs across the globe and a full work load for the biggest labels; Viva Music, Soma Records, Supernature, Cecille, Saved, and Noir Music, just to name a few. For his mix pair, Leon charges in with a full on jacking baseline, hypnotic hats and smooths pads that will set off any and every room, big or small. Adjacent to that is a "no holds barred" dub mix stripped down and refined to hammer any dancefloor in its path with malicious percussions and chugging baselines and screaming energetic high hats.
