Guardian Angel (Acoustic)

"Guardian Angel (Acoustic)" is the original solo version of the full band rendition of "Guardian Angel". "Guardian Angel" was written to commemorate the wonderful life of a school peer of mine, Devin Mitchell. Devin was a great friend of mine that was murdered on New Year's morning of 2012. He was an outstanding person that went to high school with me in the small town of Starkville, MS, and unfortunately, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Devin was an integral part of our high school football team, hence the number 32, in the song, from his football jersey. I could not be more proud of this song to memorialize the 16 years of life well lived by Devin Mitchell.
