Originally from Conroe,Tx., Dre-Key the Ghetto Millionaire has been making moves on the Texas independent artist scene for years. He released and distributed several underground projects on his own before moving to Houston with friend and business associate James(J-Mac) Garrett(97.9 the Box) and working for over 5 years first as hype man for the rap alter ego of 97.9 the Box's Madd Hatta, known as Mista Madd("Down South" with Slim Thugg & Yungsta, "Say Whacha Wanna Say" and "After the Club" with R.I.P. Big H.A.W.K."), and then as operations manager for Hatta's label Paid In Full which sold thousands of records with artists like Paul Wall, Chamillionaire, O.G. Ron C. and the "Houston Hard Hitters" compilation series, and this job put Dre-Key in the mix with some of H-Towns biggest artists, some of whom(Paul Wall, Lil Flip, Big H.A.W.K., K-rino, etc.) he has original songs with that are selling world-wide on Itunes & all other digital stores. His new single "I Got That" is trending nation-wide on Reverbnation, and he has made numerous cameo appearances including the underground classic street film "Dirty Third 2"(which also featured cameos by artists like E-40 & Scarface) and in the video "Candy Paint and Gold Teeth" by Wacka Flocka Flame ft. Bun B. and Ludacris(which also featured cameos by Scarface Trae da Truth and T.V. Johnny Dang).
