Leavin'
"Leavin'" is a song by American singer Jesse McCartney. It is the lead single from McCartney's third studio album Departure (May 20, 2008), and it was sent to the U.S. mainstream radios on March 10, 2008. It remains one of McCartney's biggest hit singles in the United States to date, and one of the biggest songs of 2008, receiving huge radio and mainstream play reaching number one in the Billboard Top 40 Mainstream and almost took the top spot in the Billboard Pop 100 chart, but was over taken by "I Kissed A Girl" by Katy Perry, with the song having to take Number 2. Also, the song reached the Top 10 in the Billboard Hot 100, sold over 2 million paid digital downloads, and was certified Platinum by Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Leavin' also peaked at No.1 in the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play.
