"Party Girl" is McFly's first single taken from their fifth studio album, Above the Noise. The song premiered on UK radio on 14 July 2010 at 7:20pm on In:Demand. The single was released via download on 5 September 2010 and physically on 6 September 2010, where it debuted at number 6 in the UK; marking the bands' sixteenth Top 10 single to date. On 25 August 2010 the song was added to BBC Radio 1's A-List. "Party Girl" also features on the compilations Pop Party 8 and Now That's What I Call Music! 77. The song was played on the show Pretty Little Liars and has been continuously played on EastEnders.
