The Beginning
Trey Eley Trey Eley, born Melvin Eley III, is an American Jazz & R&B solo artist. He also leads his own band, The Trey Eley eXperience, and co-leads the urban jazz band, The Jazz Boyz, alongside Saxophonist, Marcus H. Mitchell. He is also featured on CDs to include Marcus H. Mitchell's "2007 Top 10" Smooth Jazz album, "R&R". Trey has worked with musicians such as Marcus H. Mitchell, Paul Carr, Darren Rahn, Mike Phillips, Gedeon McKinney, and played in top venues such as Blues Alley, Ashford & Simpson's Sugar Bar, Strathmore, The Kennedy Center, and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Trey runs his own music company, MCE3 Entertainment. He also works with Marcus Mitchell's record label 24th Music as the Vice President, and is an artist under the label as well.
