Sunday Morning

Saxophonist Euge Groove has been one of the best-selling contemporary jazz artists of the past decade. "Sunday Morning" delivers his trademark contemporary funk/jazz grooves combined with a melodic sound on a set produced by hit-maker Paul Brown. We have all of Euge Groove's music, so "Sunday Morning" was a MUST HAVE for us. My husband and I find this a very romantic CD, and I also play it at my office to keep from having a meltdown from the stress of the work day. "As You Like It" and "Sunday Morning" put me in an upbeat happy mood. I love the beat/vibe of "Say My Name" and find myself playing that song over and over and over again. Other favorites, in addition to the ones already listed, are "On Your Knees" and "Get Ready". The lush arrangements of all the instruments on the songs only adds to Euge's passionate saxophone for listening pleasure. If you have the opportunity to attend a live Euge Groove show, by all means, do. You will find yourself spending almost as much time out of your seat dancing and moving to the music as you do sitting in your seat. We never miss a show when Euge comes to our state.
