Timelessness, humility, and quality are three factors that are hard to come by in today’s urban artists. When you do find them, you know there is something unique about that artist. With Jamillions, whether it’s a microphone or a pen in his hand, breaks the current mold in a world of auto tuning and ghostwriting. He has been gaining respect and making a name for himself for a few years now as a r&b/pop singer, songwriter, and producer. Writing all of his own material and arranging the vocals, his versatility is influenced by various R&B artists. Jamillions hooks are catchy and contemporary, and he captures the old school soul influence with his smooth melodies and tasteful background vocals creating a universal sound. He has even been compared to today’s iconic artists like Usher, Chris Brown, and Ne-yo. He has worked with the who’s who of the urban music scene in the Bay Area and has written and recorded with people like Eric Hudson (Kanye West, Leona Lewis), Too Short, Traxamillion (Keak Da Sneak, E-40), Mistah FAB, and many others. Two songs have received spins on 94.9 KYLD, 106.1 KMEL in San Francisco and several college and independent stations in the area. Currently, Jamillions, is writing for the Slapboyz, Eric Hudson, and Rob-E. He is working on an anticipated collaboration album with rapper TUFLUV called "International,” produced by Joe-L. He is also finishing up his debut solo album "UnRated" set to release this summer. Breaking the mold with a quality product, relatable lyrics, and a humble stature, this is only the beginning of a promising career.
