Becoming a Person
This marks my third release of the year, and it's my favourite album to date. I have had a lot of fun playing around with new piano and string sounds, whilst also collaborating with some fantastic musicians. I have a basic Clavinova set up, which runs directly through a MIDI cable and recorded live into fruity loops. The piano is improvised in every track, with the string and other instrumental layers added later. I use Fruity Loops to master my tracks, Kontakt 5 for strings and guitar, and Pianoteq 4 Stage for the piano. I really hope you like this album, I've worked hard on it, and each track means something to me. Please help my music get heard by sharing the album around! Thanks, Dave credits released 17 June 2012 Many thanks to everybody who supports me over at my facebook page (www.facebook.com/dave.greening.piano) and those who have given me sound advice on how to develop my music over the past year or so, over at soundcloud.com/dgreening.
