Recorded and Mixed at Recardamatt Studio, West Islip, N.Y., Sep. 1990. Written, Arranged and Produced by Suffocation. Considered as Suffocation's second demo The track Human Waste is taken from the Reincremation demo. First CD ever released by Relapse Records. Re-issued in 2000 and 2005 with full lyrics, a new layout, and two bonus tracks taken from the demo Reincremation. Tracks 7 and 8 on the Re-issue are Involuntary Slaughter and Reincremation. Released in Europe through Nuclear Blast Records, the track list shows only 5 songs, Human Waste is excluded.
