All-Star
C.I.U aka “Mr. Put it On Line” does exactly that every time he steps in the studio and steps on stage. He treats every opportunity he gets like a championship game meaning he puts it on the line and gives it his all, 200% . Likewise that’s how he describes his music “I make champion music my music is the soundtrack to success” (C.I.U). Raised in New York and currently living in Atlanta music has become a way of life for him. His climb to the top has been a long but gratifying one. Before becoming a recording artist he worked as a club DJ, a promoter for major record labels, assistant engineer at Atlanta’s elite Patchwerk recording studio and a music consultant for various video game companies. Along with being an intriguing artist he is also a prolific songwriter and explosive producer. To date his music has been placed on multiple platinum projects including two video games from “Midway” and a major label release from “Interscope”. He is currently CEO of “The Bottom Line Entertainment (TBL-ENT)” a music production company and recording studio which he co owns with Berkley School of Music prodigy N.I.K.K.I. Da Jukebox. Collectively they have worked with such music stars as Akon, Rodney Jerkins, Goodie Mob, Bubba Sparxx, Tamika and Latasha Scott of Xscape, DJ Benny D “Akon’s Official DJ” and Grammy award winning song writers Rock City. Their studio also contributed to the lead song of Tyler Perry’s “Why Did I get Married” soundtrack. C.I.U has made quite a name for himself on the internet. His basketball anthem “Put It OnThe Line” currently has over 100 videos associated with it adding up to millions of views. Some of the NBA’s greatest have cosigned. Michael Jordon, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Dwayne Wade have multiple highlight footage videos with “Put It On The Line”. The song currently has a five star customer rating on Itunes and has been chosen to part of the initial push of Googles’ new Full Throttle digital music store. “Put It On The Line” was initially written and performed by C.I.U and produced by Grammy award winning producer and engineer Ricco Lumpkins for Midway’s “NBA Ballers Phenom” video game. Since then the song has taken on a life of its own and has created a lane for C.I.U that he is driving down full speed. He invites you to be a part of the next generation of music. TBL TBL TBL…
