With a superbly crafted career that literally began behind the console, the tech-house and techno heroine ANNA floods the streets of Brazil and beyond with her musical takeover. The love for the tunes was irreversible and even more elaborate growing up in a nightclub dynasty. Now, 13 years later, ANNA has gifted Yoshitoshi with two exquisite singles that make the Momentum EP. Disndat is dark and encapsulating, with sparse breakdowns that swell to epic peaks. Do it like that, the vocal repeats, commanding dancers to engage as ethereal synths guide the composition towards deep drops. The title track shares characteristics with Disndat; a driving and dark groove is topped with delicate sounds and lush synths. But where the A side has more of a tech house bounce to it, Momentums groove is head on, in your face techno.
