Supermoon

After a break of one and a half years, Sophie Hunger will be back on stage with her new album “SUPERMOON”! In October 2012 her third studio-album “The Danger of Light” was released, followed by a tour across Europe and the US. In Germany alone she played more than 60 shows – most of them completely sold out. The up to then unique and totally sold out club-tour “Sophie Hunger Festspiele” through Berlin aroused particular attention – 6 shows, 6 venues, 5 districts within seven days. In November 2013 another project of hers had premiere - “The Rules of Fire” - a one hour documentary starring Sophie and band touring across Europe. End of 2014 Sophie Hunger signs at the British record company Caroline and announces her fourth studio-album “SUPERMOON” for spring 2015. Her music refuses every usual classification. The unorthodox variety of her music comes to life especially well on stage in synergy with her first-class band and leaves a delighted, astonished audience time and time again.
