Outrun

On the 4th of October the Norwegian wizard is back with his brand new album Outrun on klik Records. Driving around in California inspired Outrun to be an album for those late night rides while listening to music. 16 new tracks of good-vibed, spaced-out, phased-out, dub-disco-late nite muzik with that special Ralph Myerz sound. Sounding like Dj Sneak working with Salsoul Orchestra while mixed and produced by Mad Professor is probably the closest way to describe this album...Ralphs influences are drinking wine while listening to early 90s west coast hip hop producers like Ant Banks, Dj Quik and Battlecat mixed with the dub disco sounds of Tom Moulton, John Morales and Larry Levan. He has also played Dub You Crazy With Love by Mad Professor every Monday morning for the last 10 years. Made in sunny Cali it’s definitely a summer record for those late nights with your friends. But anyways, put this in your car on your way to work or the beach, play it loud in a garden with your friends drinking wine, or simply while being bore and enjoy the ride
