This album was recorded in Savebone Music Studios, the site of former Hit Factory Times Square on 42nd Street, Manhattan, New York City. Sasha Gracanin wrote all music except for the Rolling Stones classic "Honky Tonk Woman", Mick Taylor, the Rolling Stones guitar master, played all the solo guitars on the tracks. Further musicians include: Lenny Pickett, bandleader for the Saturday Night Live Band, Carlos Alomar, guitar player for David Bowie, Robin Clark, the female voice of Simple Minds, Steve Ferrone, drummer for Tom Petty, Eric Clapton and Bryan Ferry, T.M. Stevens who played bass for Joe Cocker, Tina Turner and James Brown, Paul Alex Foster and Earl Gardner, from the Saturday Night Live horn section, Stan Harrison, saxophone player for David Bowie and Joe Cocker, Tawatha Agee, who sang backup vocals for Bryan Ferry and Vivian Cherry who worked for Quincy Jones. The album was a tribute to Blues/Rock music and to guitar artistry of Mick Taylor, one of the greatest solo guitar players ever.
