ASU is a Romanian singer, songwriter, and record producer, regarded as one of the most celebrated ethnic Romanian vocalist of Balkan Music .In the late 2008,Asu extended his singer act in the Balkans,having success in Bulgaria, Turkey ,Greece , Israel , Albania and Serbia ,with the songs " Iubire din Corazon ", " Dve v Edno ", " Uhanie Na Lyubov ","Dali Dalile (by Dr.Costi)", " Pe cine iubesc ", " Sarut de catifea " , " Replay ", " Iti fac toate poftele ".In 2013 he reached the quarters of the Romanian selection for the EUROVISION Song Contest with 2 SONGS he composed, one song for Diana Matei, and one for Liviu Guta.He also produced the album of the romanian girl band " Bambi ",album that achived the GOLDEN DISC.Same year Asu won FIRST PLACE IN BILLBOARD ITALY with the song " ZALELE ".As a songwriter,in 2013 Asu composed the song " Of ce dor,ce chin,ce jale ",with Diana Matei and Taraful Cleante,a song that won at ROMANIAN MUSIC AWARDS ,the TITLE OF BEST ROMANIAN ALBUM.
