Latin New York band leader Joe Quijano led one of the best orquestas in the 1960s and 70s (and beyond). These tracks, selected by Joe himself, show the band at their best. Mambo Jazz, Descargas, Guaguanco with lots of solos and never a dull moment. Holding it all together with Joe are arrangers as Charles Fox, Paquito Pastor, Jorge Millet and others.
