Beautiful Music, Pt. II
"You're about to put your city on the map and start a trend" -Mack Maine Pres. YMCMB In an age where rap music has all but become synonymous with the ego-centric and self-absorbed, Luck-One stands alone. After an adolescence filled with chaos that resulted in him being sentenced as a teen to over half a decade in state prison, Luck returned to the free world with a uniquely authentic message for the hip-hop demographic. Instead of settling for trite tales of his misguided past, he has forged a listenership around the reality of the now, and the limitless potential of the future. Over the course of the last few years, Luck has made a lane for himself as a staple in the fast rising Pacific NW hip-hop scene, and beyond. After releasing six studio projects, touring with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, (as well as sharing the stage with national acts such as Wale, The Game, Bone Thugz N Harmony, Talib Kweli, Dead Prez, Naughty By Nature, Andre Nicatina, Pharoahe Monch, etc.) landing licensing deals with MTV, and VH1 on their highest rated programs, and garnering official performance slots on nationally hailed festivals such as South By Southwest & A3C, Luck is now ready to take his show to a broader audience. His latest project "Curse of the Pharoah" is presently in the works.
