From the One You Left Behind
by Nitsuh AbebeStarlet is yet another Swedish band turning out collections of sweet and pleasant pop, references to the Acid House Kings and the Cardigans' Life are pretty much unavoidable here, even if Starlet doesn't quite have the qualities of either of those bands. From the One You Left Behind manages to avoid being cloyingly sweet, and delivers a number of rather likeable pop tunes.
