Ragtime Piano

Abby Mettry composes, records and produces original piano music. Her music has been used in films and commercials, and is available for licensing in addition to listening for personal use. Abby taught herself how to play the piano at the age of five, and then studied piano with Julliard graduate Judith Petersen. She won local and state competitions, and earned a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance. She then earned a Master degree in Piano Performance with the renowned Toradze Piano Studio at Indiana University in South Bend. She taught piano as adjunct faculty while studying under concert pianists Ketevan Badridze and Alexander Toradze. Abby then relocated to Nashville, TN and taught piano as adjunct faculty at Belmont University School of Music. For information on licensing, visit abbymettry.com.
