Born in Ukraine, Katya took her talent and ambition to the United States at the age of thirteen. This Singer-songwriter is also an accomplished dancer and she readily admits that being a perfectionist is both a gift and a curse. There has never been a time in her life where she did not like to be performing center stage. Whether it be family gatherings or at school assemblies she has always found a way to be in the spotlight where she could showcase herself in front of an audience. With influences like Christina Aguilera and Alicia Keys, her voice embodies soul, while her melodies taken on a more contemporary electronic dance sound. Although only 23 years of age this artist has the confidence and real world experience to create music that has more depth then most of her peers.
