by William Ruhlmann Atlantic (Atco) let Southside Johnny and Billy Rush produce themselves after things didn't work out with Nile Rodgers and Trash It Up. They tried a few covers in addition to Rush's well-meant but not classic originals, including Smokey Robinson's "Don't Look Back," and Tom Waits' "New Coat Of Paint." These gave diversity to the proceedings, but on the whole, this still wasn't great Jukes.
